When it opens in the second half of 2022, the Zalmhaven I will be the world’s tallest prefab residential tower. The ConSensor system is helping the construction team, BAM Bouw en Techniek and Byldis, stay on an aggressive schedule requiring 50 concrete floors to be poured in 50 weeks. They started in early spring 2020, and the 50th floor needs to be completed by the end of March 2021. To achieve this, the contractors have used ConSensor’s secure web platform to monitor the hardening of the floors so that they can strike and reshore props after the concrete has hardened. ConSensor gives the contractors exactly what is needed: building with certainty with no time lost.
